Religious Antiques artifacts are among the most popular antiques widely collected. A rich amount of Religious Antiques artifacts are currently sold or auctioned around the world for avid antique enthusiasts to collect. The Catholic religion, for example, was able to produce a vast amount of rich catholic relics, including crucifixes, sculpture of saints, and the relics used in church during the time of the Crusades. During that period, crusaders invaded many tribes and nations in order to establish Christianity. Likewise, a large amount of Religious Antiques artifacts were left behind to remind everyone about Christ. Since the invasion of the Christianity all over the world, the artifacts likewise dispersed, leaving the fine antiques for collection and often for preservation in some Catholic churches.

One of the most collected Catholic relics is the crucifix. Many were made when the early Christians propagated the religion. The crucifixes were made from gold, silver, bronze, and other valuable metals. Many are also ornamented with jewels, precious stones, and diamonds in order to display the prosperity of the religion.

Aside from the crucifix, sculptures of saints are also collected today. The most popular is the baby Jesus or the Sto. Nino and the sacred family which is composed of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. The nativity set displayed during the Christmas season is also popular among antique collectors.
