Most of the time, antiques are representative of the culture and heritage of their origin. For example, relics from the early cultures of the world are being studied and put to the museum because of their educational value. These pieces are priceless and are government regulated. Other antiques are just old enough to depict a particular time in the past. Valuing antiques depend on many factors, including the original value, rarity, design and uniqueness, age. Each factor does not have a particular priority in valuation because they vary from object to object.
